Great stuff is churning out of the writing cave. Here’s an update on “Code Name: Proxima” which was supposed to be a SHORT forced-proximity story. But alas, it grew legs and clocks in at a healthy 42K Novella. That means SO MUCH MORE Destroyer mayhem to love.
Let’s take a look at the title first:

Ta-dah! A brand new Destroyers title. Live Love Steal is a play on those wall decor accents that tell you how to live your life… but these bikers twist it up a bit because being a bad ass is no joke.
But… why STEAL? Not…steel?
That’s all the MMC’s fault. His juvie record is notorious for auto theft. He got his start boosting cars before he got his license.
What does the color tell me?
Ah, yes, you called me out. The colors of the main text have MEANING for all these Destroyers books. This one is not just ONE color, either. It actually is an overlay of rusted iron. That’s the FMC at work on this inspiration. It’s described best in this passage:
It was the only place she had a tattoo. And I’d licked enough of her to know she had a pristine canvas. Except two lines and a tiny circle. It looked like a symbol I’d seen somewhere. “What’s this?”
Sketch’s POV – from Live Love Steal
“It’s an alchemy symbol for iron. I got it when I turned twenty-one.” She turned her arm so she could look at it. “Dad’s always working on cars. His father worked in a smelting factory. Before that, they were miners. I got it to remind me of my roots.”
A shadow crossed her face. The little space between her eyebrows scrunched, and I knew in my gut that wasn’t all of the reason she got tattooed.
“You’re iron?”
Her eyes locked on mine. There was a small amount of fear in them. She quickly smiled to cover it up. “I am.”
The corners of her mouth fell.
That bothered me. I kissed her again, then smacked my lips. “Tastes like rust,” I joked.
And we forgot the bet part… Which MC is this? Why it’s Skilletsville, with all their millionaires and reprobates.

I’m expanding the universe and dishing all the dirt on the Skilletsville chapter. They may have to toe the line more than before, but they haven’t given up all their evil ways.
And speaking of dishing dirt… check out this hero:

He might not be father of the year, but he’s a hottie. I fell in love with the model for the face. Unfortunately it took HOURS, if not WEEKS of work to composite this image just right to get Sketch’s true personality shining through.
Are you ready for the full cover?
Of course you are… Here it is!

Where and when do I get this bad boy?
It’s going wide on August 13th, 2025. Details are in the Books section.
