Claire is nobody’s fool. As the logistics coordinator for TKI, she literally wrote the manual on being prepared for anything. That is, until her dream job is offered on April Fool’s, and she’s stranded in the middle of nowhere, alone.

Bob has been there and done that, sold the shoes, and burned the damned t-shirt. He’s not looking for anything except to enjoy his F-U fund after fame killed his best friend. The universe has different plans in mind when he “saves” Claire — a woman who might just be more competent than he is. And that isn’t a bad thing.
